Having ventured into jewellery retailing in 1985 in Jaunpur, & Mariyahu India. Indian jewellery, its craftsmanship and variety is an amazing showcase of India’s heritage, culture and diversity. With a deep understanding of local tastes and preferences, RamBali Seth Abhushan Bhandhar offers an array of traditional and contemporary jewellery designs in gold, diamonds, precious stones and other precious metals. We at RBS have always believed that the customer needs to be educated and aware, as this is the first step in preventing malpractices in business. As a part of this philosophy we have conducted several campaigns over the years, to educate customers about purity, pricing and other aspects. These efforts of RBS have gone a long way in the industry, that is now becoming more transparent towards the customer’s interests. We believe that this is our legacy to the industry.

Jewellery is a complicated product, because tastes vary even within the same state. What helps us here is the huge variety of products we stock from artisans across the country and even the Arab countries.

We carefully and painstakingly select the designs of our products and customise them according to the demands of the consumer demography of each market we step into as India is such a vast country with diverse tastes.

We have something for everyone. Highly skilled craftsmen create our products along with stringent quality control measures which creates that perfection in the products we sell.

We took our first big step in the retail jewellery space in 1985 with the inauguration of RamBali Seth Abushan Bhandar Mariyahu Branch. The store was under the management of Late RamBali Seth. We at Navratan have always prided ourselves on being the trans-formative force on the Varanasi Retail Jewellery Market. We have had a lot of firsts in our incredible history.

Massive marketing campaigns and launches, path-breaking ads which were never-before seen in jewellery advertising, multi-storey large format jewellery showrooms, same-day multi-launch ceremonies and events.

We have always worked with the best to endorse our brand at all levels, our brand ambassadors come from very respected families in their states, and they are known worldwide among their diaspora. We introduced a lot to jewellery retailing - customer loyalty programs, price tags, customer service centers, corporate tie-ups and many such things. We have always believed in thinking ahead of the customer, in his interest, for his interest.
